Birth & Postpartum Doula Care
I provide doula support to birthing people and their families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period to include emotional support and encouragement, educational support to help birthing people make their own decisions, physical support to help provide comfort and encourage movement to keep baby moving down and out during labor, and referrals as necessary to support the needs of the growing family. I will work closely with partners in providing loving support to the birthing person and allowing the partner to rest and replenish if needed.
I will be available for phone, text, or email support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, 2 in home prenatal appointments (or location of your choosing), continuous support throughout your labor and birth, and 1 in- home postpartum visit within the first 2-3 weeks after birth.

Postpartum Doula Care
I support the birthing person, baby and family after birth (postpartum), or fourth trimester, by providing support to the new parent(s) in transitioning to parenthood and caring for their newborn in ways that fit the family’s needs and values. Postpartum looks different for every birthing person and every baby. I provide in person, hands on support in newborn care, infant feeding, sibling and household care, recovery and nourishment so you can focus on the baby, getting rest, and healing. As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, I support families in feeding their babies in the way that is best for them, whether that is breastfeeding or bodyfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or any combination. I also provide resources and referrals for further support as needed.
In addition, I offer monthly visits to intentionally check in on how you’re doing and to strategize and make referrals as needed, including healing & recovery, restorative movement, self care, infant feeding, sleep, mental health, going back to work and maintaining work-life balance, and any challenges or concerns that might be coming up.

Birth and Postpartum Body Balance and Prep Sessions
Body Ready Method® is based on 5 pillars: Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic floor and Movement Patterns. Incorporating these pillars into your movement during pregnancy can help you have a more efficient birth, minimize pregnancy aches and pains, optimize recovery, minimize unnecessary abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction, and optimize pelvic floor responsiveness. As a Certified BRM® Pro, I work with clients one on one to assess and address alignment and mobility from a perspective of functional birthing and recovery. Offerings include:
- Full balance and prep package – 3 prenatal sessions including birth and postpartum prep.
- 1st prenatal – 25-30 weeks, assessment and birth prep
- 2nd prenatal – 30-36 weeks, build on tools given in first session, birth review and postpartum prep
- 3rd prenatal – 38-40 weeks/early labor, build on tools given and body balancing for birth
- Pregnancy balance and birth prep stand alone session
- Pregnancy balance, birth and postpartum prep standalone session
- Postpartum recovery standalone session
- Late pregnancy/early labor balancing session

Lactation and Infant Feeding
As a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (though I prefer to call it Certified Baby-Feeding Specialist), I support families in feeding their babies in the way that works best for the baby and parents, including breastfeeding or bodyfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or any combination. I provide in-home consultations and can refer to other providers when additional care is needed. Lactation and infant feeding support can help families get off to a great start and work through any challenges as soon they arise.

Childbirth Education
I provide private and group childbirth classes, virtually or in person, depending on your comfort level. Classes cover anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and birth, advocacy and informed decision making, interventions, nutrition, preparing your mind for birth, comfort measures, postpartum, and infant feeding. Group classes are three 3 hour sessions and private classes are 6 hours, broken into 2 or 3 sessions. Class registration is $350 for group classes and $450 for private classes.
I also offer shorter, more condensed course options. Contact me for options, availability and scheduling.
